It’s Round table night. For me, it’s like Adult Pack meetings where I get to learn and network with other Scouters. The Cubscout portion is very fun.
I get to learn about new crafts to teach the boys and also different programs. Last month was how to do flag differently. Instead of having the boys march in single file and do the normal part. It was explained that each Tiger, Wolf, Bear and Webelos den has a boy read a part of a script. Each section deals with each den.
For me, every den leader and committee member needs to go to several Roundtables a year. You learn so much. Plus it helps with the requirements for the Leader Knots!
